I’m Sarthak Chandra, a UI/UX & Web Designer based in New Delhi with 3+ years of professional experience delivering digital products for clients across healthcare, biotech, real estate, sports, and nonprofit sectors.
I work across the full design lifecycle from discovery and Figma wireframing through to production deployment on WordPress, Webflow, and Elementor. I don’t just hand off designs; I see them through to a live, performant site. I also actively use AI design tools like UXPilot, Visily, and Relume.io as a genuine part of my workflow.

My design journey started not in a design school but through real client work, figuring out what actually makes a website convert, not just look good. Working at Airson Marketing early on meant building 10+ sites fast, for real businesses with real deadlines. That experience taught me production discipline that most portfolio designers don’t have.
At Brand Institute Inc., working across healthcare and biotech raised the bar for me. These clients need to earn trust from their audience within seconds, which means every design decision has to be deliberate, accessible, and clear. That mindset now shapes everything I do.
Outside of work, I’m always exploring new tools, especially where AI meets design. Not to replace the creative process, but to sharpen it and move faster without cutting corners.

Design is a tool for outcomes, not decoration.
Good design is invisible it guides users intuitively, builds trust quickly, and converts visitors into customers. Every decision I make is rooted in user behaviour and business goals, not just aesthetics.
Working across healthcare and biotech has taught me that clarity and trust are the highest design values. Users in these spaces need to feel safe and informed and great design makes that happen without them noticing.
Users First, Always
Every design decision starts with who's using it and what they need, not what looks impressive in a portfolio screenshot.
Iterate, Don't Perfect
Real work happens through feedback cycles. I'd rather ship a good design and improve it than wait for a perfect one that never launches.
Systems Over One-offs
I design with scalability in mind consistent components, reusable patterns, and clear documentation so teams can build on top of my work.
